What legal risks do I face if I lent my bank and phone cards to someone for a loan and they were used fraudulently?
I recently wanted to apply for a personal loan but didn't know the process well. A friend introduced someone who claimed they could help me get a loan quickly, but they asked me to send my bank card, phone card, and ID copy first. I trusted them and sent the items, but later I found out that my bank card was used for unauthorized transactions, and the person has disappeared. I'm worried about whether I'll be held legally responsible for these fraudulent activities, and what steps I should take now to minimize my losses and clear my liability.
